By a vote of 5-0 on March 3, 2006, the Commission determined pursuant to U.S.C. 552b(e) and

§9.107(a) of the Commission's rules that "Affirmation of Entergy Nuclear Vermont Yankee and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station)" be held March 3, 2006, and on less than one weeks notice to the public.

By a vote of 4-1 on March 6, 2006, the Commission determined pursuant to U.S.C. 552b(e) and

§9.107(a) of the Commission's rules that "Affirmation of Nuclear Management Company, LLC (Palisades Nuclear Plant)" be held March 9, 2006, and on less than one weeks notice to the public.
