PSEG Response Letter, 2/27/04 Page 2 - What were the environment changes that Anderson initiated in 2003 Page 2 & 3 - will they discuss the Synergy and LISA results at the meeting - will they cover similarities and differences of findings Page 3 - from what population of events will the IAT select from - how do they determine which to review Page 3 - are the 60 planned interviews group or individual interviews Page 3 - they talk about 4 elements of SCWE, and mention the 4th as management effectiveness in resolving retaliation and chilling effect issues - SIhould the issue be more one of PREVENTING retaliation and chilling effect issues, rather than just RESOLVING them overall - do they have guiding principles to ensure a SCWE, and more importantly, will they assess how well the managers and supervisors live the guiding principles CC:
