Due to the size of the Safety Evaluation (SE) I have not attached it to this email. The non-proprietary (i.e.,
public) version of the SE should be available in C:itrix-based ADAMS today or web-based ADAMS tomorrow at Accession No. ML060050028.
As was discussed during the ALSB teleconference on 1/24/06, the NRC will send a hard copy of the entire amendment package to the ASLB and all parties by overnight delivery. We expect to mail "he hard copies out later today. OGC will send out a separate email to confirm that the overnight delivery was sent.
