Should we take the opportunity to talk the TAs to see if we can get the Chairman and Commn McG to emphasize the need for PSEG to make sure that the site senior execs - especially Anderson, Brothers and Bakken are integral parts of the review. More than just recipeints of the results, they should be vocal champions of the project and be part of both identifying the problems and designing the fixes. This may help address the feelings some have brought to us that senior site management has been kept on the outside of the overall effort.
Also, we should suggest to the TAs that their bosses ask about Ferland's and Cassidy's take on the results of the Synergy survey and the USA effort. This way, PSEG will have to do more than just mention that these activities happened.

The EDO's office has notified us that Ferland and Cassidy will drop-in on both Chairman Diaz and Comm. McGaffigan on Monday. (Diaz was a late entry).
I concurred in the briefing package (attached), in which the PM used the Jan. 28th letter and the annual assessment letters extensively.
