A. Randolph Bloughl EJr Cornelius Holden; James Clifford; Julius Persensky; Lisamarie Jarriel 6/29/04 7:39AM Salem/Hope Creek consensus building the meeing with Ellis and Jim Dyer is set for 1 pmn today in the EDO conf room. The 'main" slides are still being worked, but I've attached the 'seconclary slides', as well as PSEG's commitment letter of last Friday - - the letter says little more than we heard at the meeting.
Also, after reviewing the letter and talking some in the Region, we are unsure If a CAL is the way to go. After reviewing their letter, it's clear to us that there will be lots of on-site work for us in followup - - we are now wondering if we shouldn't obtain an ROP deviation memo, and possibly set up an 'Oversight Panel' to guide our efforts, possibly obtain some add'l PSEG commitments, but not necessarily use a CAL. We are actively discussing this all morning today, so I'm not sure exactly where we will be as of the briefing with Ellis.
