- Sam, Commissioner Merrifield requested a briefing on the Hope Creek Discrimination Case (Harvin) BEFORE 7 we get back to the alleger and the licensee with the results.
Region I has the lead, with support from 01 to conduct this briefing.
ROPMS staff will coordinate with Commissioner Merrifield's staff to see if they will invite the! other TAs, otherwise we will need to do as many as 5 of these briefings. (BETH ACTION)
