This information supplements the publicly available information in the examination report. Enclosure 1 lists individual grades for all candidates. Enclosure 2 includes individual candidate summaries for all candidates (NRC Operator Licensing Form 301N), and Enclosure 3 includes the individual answer sheets for the candidates who took a written examination.
