Eileen is in today. She's in the 01 area. She should be back later this afternoon. I talked to her until 11:45 am this morning.
Use current Salem (2003009 till 12/31, 2004002 on 1/1 or after) or HC report (2003006 till 12/31, 2004002 on I/1 or after) and charge "BJ2" which is allegation prep and doc for a specific docket.

I presume you will bring a "pile" of transcripts for me to start reviewing. I should be able to start this afternoon if you get them over to me.

Appended are the guidelines you should be using for review of transcripts. If you need guidance level of detail to include in your review, please see Eileen Neff in 01 for an example.
Identified technical issues should be added to the master binning file (S:\\Salem-HC Alleg Binning.wpd) in the appropriate category. A sample is included for your information.
If other transcripts (not Salem NEOs), then a new binning file will need to be created in the appropriate S:subdirectory.
