C)PR-75 In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(f), PSEG Nuclear, LLC (PSEG) hereby transmits the information required by Option 1 of Generic Letter (GL) 2006-01.
The information provided below is specific to Salem Unit 2; Salem Unit 1 was exempted from the provision of GL 2006-01 as discussed in the GL. Pursuant to the requirements of 1 OCFR50.91 (b)(1), a copy of this letter has been sent to the State of New Jersey.
PSEG commits to submitting a License Change Request (LCR) to modify the Steam Generator portion of Salem Unit 2 Technical Specifications (TS) that is consistent with TSTF-449, Revision 4, uSteam Generator Tube Integrity." The request will be submitted by May 31, 2006. The proposed changes of the Unit 2 request will be similar to changes previously approved in Amendment 268 for Salem Unit 1, dated October 14, 2005. summarizes the regulatory commitments made in this submittal.
