SCWE interview question info (for RI-2003-A-01 10)
The attached information was provided to me by Lisa Jarriel and Russ Wise (my counterpart in RIV).
Please realise that there are some specifics related to the plants they were used for.
Also, I had some discussion w/Lisa about the Davis-Besse questions and confirmed that that it was primarily an SCWE matter there based on some discrete events. That is somewhat different than Salem/HC where the assertion is that the SCWE problem has been caused primarily as a result of an overall negative safety culture that emphasizes production over safety.
