Draft Acknowledgment Letter for Salem/HC SCWE Allegation RI-2003-A-01 10 ALLEGATION INFORMATION - DO NOT DISCLOSE OR FORWARD - TREAT SENSITIVELY Hub requested that I provide this information to you so that you can get a better flavor for the concerns that have been raised. The 30-day due date for this acknowledgment letter is 1013103.
However, it seems likely that we will not make that date as the letter has to be scrutinized intensely. The agency goals are that 90% of acknowledgment letters should be out in 30 days and 100% should be out in 45 days. The 45-day date is 10117103. That would appear to give us sufficient time to review and amend the letter as appropriate.
