Re: slides....we should not be giving an alleger material that is outside the allegations. Of course, an alleger is able to get any publicly available info....so if Hub decides to attached the slides to an inspection report or puts them into ADAMS as a publicly available document, then we could agree with the allegers; request.

SENSITIVE ALLEGATION INFORMATION PROTECT APPROPRIATELY She called me late last Friday. Wanted to reaffirm that she would be marking up the allegation acknowledgment letter with corrections. Noted that is was pretty close.., she just wants to make clarifications.
She also indicated that she was aware that Hub had spoken at a PSEG sponsored management seminar a week or so ago. She indicated that she heard that Hub had made some pointed comments. She asked me if she could get a copy of the slides he presented at the meeting. I told her that I wasn't sure, but that I would check into it. If we are permitted to give her the slides, we can provide them to her with the allegation update letter we will have to send after we receive and review her acknowledgment letter markup
