Fwd: Salem SCWE Follow up The attached is in response to your comment regarding Branch 3's plan to review question #2 on the ARB form regarding SCWE results. When Rick Urban was offered as a resource, I expected to use him to do the review described in Question #2.
I sent this e-mail to confirm everyone's understanding of our plan and I layed out the expectation in a face-to lace meeting between himself, myself, and Dave Vito at 9:30 a.m., Monday, November 3 which gave him the rest of the week to assess the information. It was clear at that time that he was responsible for review of the material. He should have come to the ARB prepared to discuss his detailed plan.
