How are you able to inject color into an e-mail?'?' I agree that if we take the approach of not looking at this area; it will have to be with the Program Office support. We are actually looking at it; its just being performed by a different group of NRC inspectors.

- Ray, I certainly agree with you in theory but I don't think the program will allow us just to skip that portion.
Maybe the key is not to do anything special during the PI&R but just remain very sensitive to SCWE and help paint the picture of PSEG's safety culture.

Joe, Dave etc.
I am wondering if we skip the SCWE part of the 711152 procedure in light of the on-going activities. We should get sufficient insight into performance in this area based on the allegation follow-up??

- Dave, I'm prepping for the upcoming Hope Creek PI&R inspection. Given the recent rumblings on the Island, I'm planning on giving SCWE a hard look - as much as we can under 71152. Can you provide a quick overview (status and trend) of Hope Creek allegations over the past two years? Thanks.
