Based on our discussion with the licensee on Dec.
. 2005, I believe, the licensee has to make sure that it has the needed trend lines (based on the available data) and regression analyzes for the tendons of the two ANO units. I recognize that Unit 2 does not have adequate database to construct the trend lines.
However, during each tendon ISI, it has to meet the requirement of 10 CFR 50.55a(b)(2)(v ii)(B). Once the licensee recognizes this action, You may close the item without my concurrence. I am not charging any time to this TAC#.
