CORRECTION OF DISTRIBUTION ERROR ON HOLTEC HI-STAR 100 CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE 1008
Dear Mr. Gutherman:
As I discussed with you in a telephone call on October 20, 1999, it appears that some copies of E. William Brach's September 8, 1999, letter to Kris Singh, providing Certificate of Compliance 1008 for Holtec International's HIl-STAR 100 Cask System, are missing Section 3.0 of the Technical Specifications. I am enclosing a copy of Section 3.0. Please check your copy of the CoC and add these pages if they are missing. I regret any inconvenience this has caused.
