ISSUANCE OF PAGE CHANGES TO CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE FOR THE HOLTEC HI-STAR 100 CASK SYSTEM (TAC NO. L22019)

Dear Mr. Gutherman:

Enclosed are two corrected pages for the appendices to Certificate of Compliance No. 1008 for the HI-.STAR 100 cask system. These represent minor corrections of typographical or administrative errors and do not reflect any changes to technical determinations made by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff in the course of its review.

The two changes are: (1) the definition of Fuel Debris in Appendix A (page 1.1-1) is made consistent with the definition of Fuel Debris in Appendix B (page 1); and (2) the reference to "Table 2.1-3" on page 10 of Appendix B is corrected to read "Table 1.1-3."
