Ted Wingfield Return Call to Dr. Harvin (8/20/04)
I have recently completed a conversation with Dr. Harvin and a summary of that call is included below.
(I had returned her call based on a voice mail message that she had left for me early Thursday afternoon.)
Dr. Harvin identified that the intent of her call was to thank me for my participation in the Wednesday (8/18/04) afternoon meeting. She made several comments regarding her impression of me: "I was incredibly impressed with you... I have talked to a lot of people... haven't said that to them... you knocked my socks off... you are extremely articulate... ability to piece together a lot of information... cohesive...
your depth impressed me" I thanked her for her comments and told her that if what she believes is true, then it is a testament to the leadership and judgement of Randy Blough and Jack Crlenjak because they asked that I participate in the PSEG SCWE review in Sept./Oct. 2003.
Dr. Harvin then said that she wanted to write a note about the meeting to some Region I managers and asked me for the spelling and email addresses of Jack Crlenjak and Wayne Lanning.
I provided that information to Dr. Harvin.
The call lasted less than 10 minutes and ended just before 3:00pm on Friday, August 20th, 2004.
