I have been checking the availability of pertinent: folks for a discussion w/the alleger here in Region I on either 8118, 8/19, or 8/20. Those are the days offered by the alleger for her availability that week. Since I believe Randy is the primary player in this, it looks like we will need to settle on Friday 8/20/04. Randy is with Sam at Oyster on 8/18, and in a meeting all day on 8/19. I am here on 8/20, but I know that Gene Cobey and Scott Barber are not. For the other folks noted on the e-mail, please let me know if you will be here that day. While I think Randy and I can have an appropriate discussion with her and answer any questions she may have, I think it would be good to have a few more folks in the room, just to give her an indication of how much effort was put into this. Please get back to me, and I will touch base with her this afternoon or Monday to firm up the schedule.
Sam. again, if you are here that day, I will try to orchestrate a brief separate meeting for you with her.
