Last-minute changes were made based on OEDO commnets. Hub talked to Ellis and we made the section about NRC followup very general, but pointed to the Mid-cylce assessment letter coming in late August. This gives us time to fully broker all details of the Dev Memo; we will explain to external stakeholders that our oversight will be significant, yet will be detailed in the subsequent letter.
