looks pretty good; i gave some edits to scott.
For example, i would like to be briefed by late Wededs (phone is ok), and would be available sooner, if needed, to interact with sr licensee mgt promptly if you determine they are off-track in any significant way.
Scott - - once the plan has been edited, include Hub and brian h on the distn.
