UCS letter coming Weds, to advocate order regarding PSEG SCWE I reached UCS today to discuss arrangements for the June 16 meeting with PSEG. Lochbaum is fine with the plans, understands that it will be a long meeting and that public comments may be late evening.
During the call, Dave said that the UCS comments on PSEG's assessments will be provided by letter, probably this Weds, and that the UCS would advocate an order to PSEG - - He plans to try to draw some parallel to the security orders to plead that NRC knows enough and has sufficient justification to warrant an order.
