A few more questions for PSEG Hello Randy:
Some additional candidate questions for PSEG.
- 1. To what extent does a SCWE exist at Salem/Hope Creek?
- 2. Has management fully assessed and addressed the negative impact of disagreements about past operational decision-making on station persornel?
Whether yes or no, please explain your response, including citing specific incidents that created the negative impact.
- 3. What "messages' have the staffs at Salem/Hope Creek taken from various events over the past few years?
- 4. What situations have significantly detracted from maintenance of a strong SCWE ?
- 5. What is the current impact of previous unresolved conflict?
- 6. What steps are being taken to assure the staffs at Salem/HC are willing to participate?
- 7. The Synergy survey results indicate a large difference in perception about conditions at Salem/Hope Creek between the CNO and staff and the rest of the work force. What steps are planned to share the "secret" of how good things are at Salem/Hope Creek with the work force, since apparently, they aren't aware of it?
