I can't tell how much of their saying "they have already initiated their review" and "we have fully understood what our problems are" mean exactly. There are some obvious "public reaction" reasons but we need to find out.
At worst, this means they have already set upon a course before we interact (plan submitted to us in 30 days that we will meet on). We have heard they intend to contract with Morgan, Lewis..... bring in some outsiders.
It's good that they are moving but let's make sure they don't go so fast that we don't have a meaningful input on this -- end up with something that doesn't really get at concerns.
Randy, let's discuss this morning how we can best approach this.
