- Dave, When she supplies the speech that she plans tc deliver during the press conference later this month, can OPA gel: a copy? Randy's recommendation during the meeting yesterday that the Qs & As be updated to reflect issues raised in the speech was exactly right. Any lead time that we can get on preparing for that would be advantageous.

Spoke with the alleger this morning. She intends to send us a list of suggested questions for the 3/18/04 meeting with PSEG. I told her she was more than welcome to do that.
She is not coming to the meeting, but Dave Loclbaum likely will.
