1) ARB concurred that engagement of licensee is appropriate at this time, based on interim results of SCWE review at Salem/HC. ARB decision is to complete development of letter to PSEG CEO requesting an action plan for an in-depth internal SCWE review and a meeting with the licensee shortly after they provide their action plan in order to discuss the planned actions in more detail.
