Re: Safety Culture/SCWE Definilions and Attributes We should also keep in mind the Chairman's thinking on this issue...... that technical adequacy/proficiency/quality is an essential part of a positive safety culture..... Tech = engineering - design and field (system) engr....
Chairman Diaz has made his clear in a speech he gave to an industry group and in other exchanges he's had with the NRC staff internally.
