Document Control Desk R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant Docket No. 50-244 Response to Generic Letter 2006-01. "Steam Generator Tube Integrity and Associated Technical Specifications" On January 20, 2006 the NRC issued GL 2006-01, Steam Generator Tube Integrity and Associated Technical Specifications.

The NRC issued the Generic Letter to request that addressees either submit a description of their program for ensuring steam generator tube integrity for the interval between inspections or adopt alternative technical specification requirements for ensuring steam generator tube integrity.

R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, LLC has previously committed to adopt the alternative technical specification requirements consistent with TSTF-449, Revision 4, within correspondence dated December 22, 2005, ADAMS Accession Number ML053640080.
