Although no incorrect results were reported, Hurricane Katrina caused a disruption with the DHHS Laboratory's services.
Reportable Fitness For Duty Events Under 10CFR26.73:
A non-licensed, vendor Supervisor tested positive for alcohol during this reporting period. Access was terminated.
