Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and an investigation completed on February 18, 2003, by the NRC Office of Investigation (01)
(NRC Inspection Report Nos. 05000266/2005-017 and 05000301/2005-017 and Office of Investigations Report No. 3-2002-038). Reference 2 provided the NMC response to the preliminary significance determination of the preliminary white finding and the apparent violations. Reference 3 transmitted a Notice of Violation and Proposed Imposition of Civil Penalty (EA-05-191).
Pursuant to these referenced documents, an electronic transfer via FedWire (FD#004250) was made on January 12, 2006, in the amount of $60,000 payable to the Treasurer of the United States.
