This is to notify Entergy Nuclear Vermont Yankee L.L.C., Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., the Department of Public Service of the State of Vermont, the New England Coalition of Brattleboro, Vermont, and the NRC Staff that the Board will hold a prehearing conference call on Friday, March 10, 2006 at 11 a.m. EST to discuss, among other things, the dates and locations for the limited appearance statement session and for the evidentiary hearing in this proceeding.
On or before Tuesday, March 7, 2006, each of the parties should submit written proposals regarding suggested specific locations (e.g., the address) for the limited appearance statement session and the evidentiary hearing, as well as a calender, covering July - October 2006 inclusive, showing those dates where they are not available due to prior significant 1 Each party must assure that each person for whom it submits written testimony shall personally attend and be available to testify at the evidentiary hearing.
