ORDER (Scheduling Prehearing Conference Call)
This is to notify Entergy Nuclear Vermont Yankee L.L.C., Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., the Department of Public Service of the State of Vermont, the New England Coalition of Brattleboro, Vermont, and the NRC Staff that the Board will hold a prehearing conference call on Friday, March 10, 2006 at 11 a.m. EST to discuss, among other things, the dates and locations for the limited appearance statement session and for the evidentiary hearing in this proceeding.
On or before Tuesday, March 7, 2006, each of the parties should submit written proposals regarding suggested specific locations (e.g., the address) for the limited appearance statement session and the evidentiary hearing, as well as a calender, covering July - October 2006 inclusive, showing those dates where they are not available due to prior significant
commitments.1 By that same date counsel shall contact Karen S. Valloch at 301-415-7405 to advise the Board of how many lines that party requires for the conference call and to obtain the telephone number and pass code for the conference call.
