By a vote of 5-0 on January 30, 2006, the Commission determined pursuant to U.S.C. 552b(e) and §9.107(a) of the Commission's rules that "Affirmation of U.S. Department of Energy (High-Level Waste Repository: Pre-Application Matters); NRC Staff and DOE appeals of LBP-05-27" be held February 2, 2006, and on less than one weeks notice to the public.
By a vote of 4-1 on January 30, 2006, the Commission determined pursuant to U.S.C. 552b(e) and §9.107(a) of the Commission's rules that "Affirmation of Nuclear Management Company, LLC (Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant); appeal by North American Water Office (NAWO), of LBP-05-31" be held February 2, 2006, and on less than one weeks notice to the public.
