Millstone Relicensing Proceeding Chairman Abramson, Judge Young, Judge Cole, Parties and NRC Staff:
Please be advised that a computer virus interfered on June 14, 2004 with communications between myself and the CCAM membership. In consequence, I was unable to file signed declarations and a complete response to the Licensee and NRC Staff answers by June 14, 2004, as previously ordered.
Therefore, I intend to file a motion for extension of time to permit the filing of a complete response and original signed declarations by June 16, 2004, nunc pro tunc.
I sincerely apology for this delay. An affidavit will accompany the motion.
