AND 3 NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 SURRY POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 UPDATE OF INFORMATION PERTAINING TO FOREIGN INTERESTS As requested by a January 31, 2005 NRC letter, Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc.
(DNC) and Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion) submitted Owners, Officers, Directors, and Executive Personnel (OODEPs) lists to the NRC on March 1, 2005 (Serial No.05-061). These OODEP lists for DNIC and Dominion reflected changes in directors, officers, and executive personnel since our application in January 2003. Dominion and DNC updated these OODEP lists by letters dated April 25, 2005 and June 28, 2005 (Serial Nos.05-191 and 05-415). In addition, in an August 2, 2005 letter (Serial No.05-404), a new organization chart was provided that identified how Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc.
(DEK) related to existing companies, an OODEP list was provided for DEK, and new certificates pertaining to IUoreign Interest (SF 328 forms) were provided for DEK and its parent companies.
On December 31, 2005 and January 1, 2006, personnel changes were made that would affect the information previously provided on the OODEP list for Dominion. Therefore, in accordance with 10 CFR 95.17(a)(1), we are providing the change in officers, directors and executive personnel in the attachment to lthis letter. Documentation to support this change is also provided.

The NRC determined that this information should be withheld from public disclosure as noted by the NRC letter (J. K. Everly, Jr.) to Dominion and DNC dated February 20, 2003. Similarly, this update contains confidential information. For the reasons previously set forth in the January 14, 2003 (Serial Nos. 02-367A and B1i8825) 2.790 affidavit and declarations of David A. Christian, Senior Vice President - Nuclear Operations and Chief Nuclear Officer, DEK, DNC and Dominion request that the NRC treat the attachment to this letter that describes the changes in officers, directors and executive personnel, as exempt from public disclosure under 10 CFR 2.390 (formerly Section 2.790).
