, Indemnity Agreement B-68, between Interstate Power and Light Company, Central Iowa Power Cooperative, Nuclear Management Company, LLC, Corn Belt Power Cooperative, and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated May 15,1973, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
Delete the names" Interstate Power and Light Company" and " Nuclear Management Company, LLC" and add the name "FPL Energy Duane Arnold, LLC" FOR THE UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION Christopher I. Grimes, Director Division of Policy and Rulemaking Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation
