ADJUDICATIONS STAFF I am a resident of San Luis Obispo, CA and am writing to express my strong opposition to the proposed rule.
I find the proposed rule unacceptable for the protection of Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant and for other plants similarly situated.
I unreservedly support the comments submitted by the San Luis Obispo Mothers for Peace and the Union of Concerned Scientists.
