ICKETED JSNRC I hope that you will be sure that Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant will be safe from terrorists, including possible attack by an airplane. The excess amount of waste material there makes the plant unsafe from possible terrorist attack as well as from a possible earthquake.
