I hope that you will be sure that Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant will be safe from terrorists, OFFICE OF SECRETARY including possible attack by an airplane. The excess RULEMAKINGS AND amount of waste material there makes the plant unsafe ADJUDICATIONS STAFF from possible terrorist attack as well as from a possible earthquake.
