Notification of License Amendment Request As required by 10 CFR 50.91, Notice for Public Comment, section (b), State Consultation, we are enclosing a copy of a License Amendment request submitted by LACBWR, in anticipation of processing and shipping Class B and C radioactive waste currently stored in the LACBWR Fuel Element Storage Well.
