Hope Creek Generating Station Docket No. 50-354 License Change Request H05-04 PSEG Nuclear LLC (PSEG) submitted the subject change request to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on October 11, 2005. The proposed change would relocate TS 3/4.8.4.1, "Primary Containment Penetration Conductor Overcurrent Protective Devices," and TS 3/4.8.4.5, "Class lE Isolation Breaker Overcurrent Protective Devices," to the Hope Creek Generating Station Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR).
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering reviewed the request in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.91 (b). We have no comments.
