Hope Creek Generating Station Docket No. 50-354 License Change Request H05-10 Correction of Containment Requirements during Handling of Irradiated Fuel and Core Alterations PSEG Nuclear LLC submitted the proposed change to the Hope Creek Specifications by letter to the NRC dated October 7, 2005. The proposed amendment revises the wording of the revisions to the technical specifications made in Amendments 146 and 156 to make it consistent with Revision 2 to Technical Specification Task Force (TSTF) Standard Technical Specification Change Traveler, TSTF-51, "Revise Containment Requirements During Handling Irradiated Fuel and Core Alterations", and with NUREG-1433, "Standard Technical Specifications General Electric Plants, BMR/4.
