The first is the letter from the ACRS to Chairman Diaz that provided the ACRS recommendations regarding the EPU (Accession No. ML060040431).
The second is a letter from me to Entergy transmitting a "Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendment to Facility Operating License and Proposed No Significant Hazards Consideration Determination" related to the EPU (Accession No. ML053490030). The associated Federal Register notice should be issued on or about January 11th.
