Hope Creek Generating Station Docket No. 50-354 License Change Request H05-06 Removal of Performance Restrictions From Surveillance Requirements PSEG Nuclear LLC submitted the proposed change to the Hope Creek Specifications by letter to the NRC dated October 11,2005. The proposed amendment revises certain eighteen-month surveillance requirements by eliminating the condition that testing be conducted during shutdown conditions.
