Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc., (DNC) replied to the bulletin in an August 16, 2005 letter (Serial No.05-452). The 30-day response for Millstone Power Station was provided in Attachment 2 to that letter and it discussed the approach for addressing the five (5) program areas discussed in the bulletin.DNC is supplementing one of the program areas (Section D) of the Summary of Provisions in Attachment 2 to the August 16, 2005 letter, Emergency Response Organization Augmentation

-Summary Discussion.

The supplement is provided as Attachment 1 to this letter. Attachment 1 provides both an interim and long term response configuration.

The interim response configuration necessitates a revision to DNC's reply to Interim Compensatory Measure (ICM) B.5.d to the Order for Interim Safeguards and Security Compensatory Measures (EA 02-026), dated February 25, 2002. This revised reply to Order EA 02-026 is provided as Attachment 2.Attachment 2 to this letter contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION ATTACHMENT 2 CONTAINS SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION.
