- Jeff, Attached is the Proposed No Significant Hazards Consideration (NSHC) Determination for the Vermont Yankee EPU (ADAMS Accession No. ML053490030). It should be published in the Federal Register (FR) in a few days. The FR Notice provides a 30-day period for public comments. The final NSHC determination, including resolution of any comments, will be included in the NRC's EPU safety evaluation.
