Background materials for Commissioner Merrifield - APriI 21 meeting Hello Jake:
In the spirit of the Commissioner's desire for materials to be discussed at Commission briefings being provided in advance, attached are five documents related to the issues that Dr. Kymn Harvin and I will be discussing during our meeting on Wednesday. Theese documents are:
- 1) Dr. Harvin's complaint for wrongful termination
- 2) Region l's formal allegations developed from communications with Dr. Harvin
- 3) Dr. Harvin's letter to PSEG CEO Ferland regarding her situation and the broader SCWE conditions at Salem/Hope Creek
- 4) PSEG's response to Dr. Harvin
- 5) UCS's letter to Region I making allegations about PSEG's disclosure of safety culture problems at Salem/Hope Creek.
Just a reminder that Attachments 2 and 5 contain allegation information that is being treated as confidential by Region I.
