If the book is misplaced, there is an additional binder copy on my desk by the guest chair.

The enforcement briefing for the Salem/Hope creek issue has been set up for 3/28 for the EDO and 3/29 for Merrifield and other Tas. As per Dave Skeen's direction I have sent out the invite to the other Tas.

I talked to Jim Caldwell about his conversation with Merrifield about the web article. Initially I was told that more information was needed but after Dave checked again, Cm merrifield was satisfied by the information Caldwell gave him and the briefing was canceled.

Kewaunee was sold 3-0 to Dominion.
