Dear Mr. Crane:
This letter is to inform you that effective December 12, 2005, Ms. Mindy S. Landau has been temporarily assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions Branch Chief for the Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Units 2 and 3 and Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2. Ms. Landau will assume all Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Units 2 and 3 and Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2 licensing oversight and supervisory duties previously held by Mr. Gene Y.
