Dear Mr. OConnor:
This letter is to inform you that effective January 3, 2006, Mr. Timothy J. Kobetz will be temporarily assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions Branch Chief for the Fermi 2 (Fermi). Mr. Kobetz will assume all Fermi licensing oversight and supervisory duties currently held by Mr. L. Raghavan. Mr. Kobetz may be reached at 301-415-1389 or via email at TJK1@nrc.gov.
