Dear Mr. Nazar:
This letter is to inform you that effective January 3, 2006, Mr. Timothy J. Kobetz will be temporarily assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions Branch Chief for the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2 (D. C. Cook 1 & 2). Mr. Kobetz will assume all D. C. Cook 1 & 2 licensing oversight and supervisory duties currently held by Mr. L. Raghavan.
