Dear Mr. Jacobs:
I am responding to your letter of November 18, 2005, to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), in which you requested that, as spokesperson for the Indian Point Safe Energy Coalition (IPSEC), you be placed on the mailing list for NRC correspondence related to Indian Point Units 1, 2, and 3. Based on the interest your organization has shown in the regulation of the Indian Point nuclear reactors, I have decided to add you to the NRC Headquarters mailing list for Indian Point. Be advised that you will be receiving a large volume of material, all of which is also electronically available from the NRC's public web site, www.nrc.gov. If you decide in the future that you no longer need this material, please contact the NRC's project manager for Indian Point, John P. Boska, at 301-415-2901.
